*Terms and Conditions Yard Greeting Policies & Terms Prices are based on your selected custom phrase and graphics. Your rental includes delivery, setup, and take down of the greeting. Additional phrases may be added for an extra fee. Our yard greetings remain in place for approximately 24 hours. Extended rental time is available for an additional charge. Payment is due at the time of booking and serves as confirmation of your reservation. Sign Dreamers and its representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or property damage that may occur during the setup or take down of the yard greeting. If you have a lawn service, please schedule them before installation or after removal. Lawnmowers and string trimmers can damage the signs. A $25 cleaning fee, plus the cost of any damages, will be billed to you if the signs are harmed in any way. All signs remain the property of Sign Dreamers, and you are responsible for any loss or damage during your rental period. Important Guidelines Do NOT allow anyone to play on or around the signs. The signs are decorative graphics only and will not support the weight of children or adults. Do NOT attach anything to the signs or display. Do NOT throw away, move, or vandalize any signs. If you need the display removed early, please contact us—we are happy to pick it up. Weather Policy We do not set up in inclement weather. If we are unable to install your greeting due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund. If winds reach 20 mph or higher during your rental period, we may need to return and remove the signs to prevent damage.
