Yard Greeting Rental Terms & Conditions
Prices are based on a one phrase greeting, including age, name, graphics, stars & balloons. We deliver, set up, and take down the greeting. Additional phrases can be added for an additional charge.
Our yard greetings stay up approximately 24 hours. We typically set up the evening before the event and pick up the morning after. Greetings can stay up longer for an additional charge.
Payment is due at the time of booking. This will confirm your reservation.
Sign Dreamers and all representatives are not responsible or liable for an injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set up or take down of the yard greeting.
If you have a lawn service, please have them come before we set up or after we take down. Lawnmowers or string trimmers will damage the signs.
All signs are property of Sign Dreamers, you are responsible for any damage.
Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting set up. Our signs will not the support the weight of small children or adults leaning, sitting, or playing on them.
Please DO NOT attach balloons or anything else to the signs.
Please DO NOT throw away or vandalize the signs.
Please DO NOT move or remove our signs for any reason. If you need them taken down early please contact us and we will gladly come to pick them up.
We do not set up in Inclement weather. If we are unable to set up due to bad weather you will receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so within 48 hours of your reservation in order to receive a full refund.
